Getting Antioxidants

Our bodies do produce natural antioxidants, but this is not enough for our needs. In today’s climate of questionable diets and quality food (nutrition wise), as well as pollution and environment, we have to look elsewhere for antioxidants.

The good news is that they are present in vitamins, in food such as fruits and vegetables, meat and fish.

There are different vitamins and types of food which only goes to show that there are different types of antioxidants with different benefits. The logic behind this is that we have to have variety as well as quality in our diets.
