More On Antioxidants and Alzheimer’s

Posted By admin on November 15, 2008

A lot of research is being made on the effects and benefits of antioxidants and aging, including Alzheimer’s (AD).

They are indicating that a natural diet of vitamin C and vitamin E may lower the risk of Alzheimer disease.

The relationship between supplements is not quite so clear from what I see in the different reports.

Anyway vitamin and nutritional supplements should be taken based on a professional instruction.

What they are saying is that vitamin C and E may lower the risk.

Yesterday I wrote about black currants and AD and by joining that information with other researches you can see we are getting better and better news on the beneficial effects of antioxidants.

In simple terms you should consume more fresh fruit.
